I Want to Make Your Day and Add Value to Your Life

What I Really Want for My Business

It’s been a busy week and I’ve finally made some decisions that feel really good.

A Mission That Actually Means Something

My mission is to make people ecstatic about their tech solution.

I work with Aptly because I believe in their product. But more than that, I believe in what it does for property management teams. I’ve seen it take the stress out of someone’s day. I’ve seen it give teams back their time. That’s why, at the end of every new client call, I say: “I’m so excited, because I know how excited you’re going to be.” And I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

Meeting People Where They Are

Not everyone needs a full system rollout — though don’t get me wrong, I’m totally here for the full Aptly rollouts! But a lot of people just need HELP!

  • Help getting out of manual hell

  • Help stopping the $$$$$ flowing out the door

  • Help making them successful

I want to meet people where they are. If someone only has a very small budget to get a new board off the ground, I’ll do my absolute best to get them something solid. I don’t want to block anyone’s momentum.

New Pricing That Makes Room for Progress

So whether someone needs a quick assist or a full-on system overhaul, I’ve built out some new pricing options that make it easier to say yes to progress—without all the pressure:

  • Hourly packages with sliding rates (this will fit most clients' needs)

  • Monthly help desk support (for on-demand calls)

  • Fixed-price options for those full Aptly rollouts

At the end of the day, I just want people to feel like their tools are actually helping them, not dragging them down. If you feel a little more in control and a little less overwhelmed, then we’re on the right track.

Inspired by Others, Driven to Help

Mark Brower had a post last week that hit home with me:

"You have gifts and time to offer people. ... Your first encounter with a prospective client is your first chance to add value to their life."

I love that because I want to help!

Introducing: "Ask Me About Aptly"

So, I’m launching my "Ask Me Anything" this week. The goal is to take any kind of question around your Aptly implementation, whether it’s:

  • Strategic questions about getting started

  • Philosophical questions about AI agents

  • Tactical questions about managing Zillow

  • Or specific questions about an implementation gone awry
