Founder and Lead Architect
Stephanie is the founder and lead architect of StreamWorksPM. With a career spanning more than 30 years in custom software development and delivery for Fortune 500 companies, and hands-on experience co-owning and scaling Blue Crown Properties, she recognized a clear gap between what technology could do and how property management teams were actually using it. That realization inspired her to launch StreamWorksPM—a consulting firm dedicated to helping property management companies adopt, integrate, and thrive with modern technology. Today, she combines deep technical expertise with practical operational insight to design automation systems that make teams more efficient, scalable, and confident in their growth. When she’s not architecting workflows or collaborating with clients, Stephanie can usually be found outdoors, exploring the Colorado mountains and enjoying time with her family.
Ricardo Ruiz
Lead Technical Engineer, Process Architect
Ricardo brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise-level software delivery and technical program management. Formerly a Regional Delivery Manager and Technical Program Manager for global telecommunications leaders such as Nokia, he has successfully led large-scale, multi-organizational projects across the Americas. Ricardo excels at translating complex business objectives into clear, actionable technical strategies—overseeing production rollouts, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution. His expertise in software integration and process implementation helps ensure that every automation solution is designed with precision, scalability, and long-term success in mind. Beyond his technical leadership, Ricardo is passionate about mentoring others and fostering collaboration to drive innovation and continuous improvement. When he’s not architecting systems or refining workflows, you’ll likely find him sharing insights with his team—or exploring new ideas with the same curiosity that fuels his work.
Sahithi Sampelly
Program Manager, Process Architect
Sahithi brings over a decade of enterprise-level experience in Quality Assurance and Program Management. Having held key roles at global technology leaders such as Nokia, IGT, and The Walt Disney Company, she applies a disciplined, process-driven approach to delivering complex systems with precision and scalability. Sahithi specializes in defining, testing, and refining operational workflows that translate StreamWorksPM’s strategic vision into consistent, high-quality results for clients. Her focus on structure, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement ensures that every Aptly deployment meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. Outside of work, Sahithi is an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, exploring new destinations, and spending time with her dog. Whether she’s discovering a new trail or planning her next adventure abroad, she brings the same curiosity and energy that drive her professional success.
Samantha Wilson
Training, Administration, Process Architect
Samantha brings over a decade of experience supporting leaders and teams across diverse industries including real estate, oil and gas, accounting, franchising, and early childhood education. Her background as an Executive Assistant and Training & Events Coordinator has fostered exceptional skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving. Passionate about creating structure from complexity, she thrives on streamlining processes and helping clients achieve their goals with clarity and confidence. Known for her adaptability and collaborative approach, she enjoys building trusted relationships and encouraging innovative thinking. Outside of work, she’s often at the dog park with her husband, daughter, and their three furry family members—or diving into DIY projects, weekend adventures, and the occasional perfectly lazy day.
